Before joining the investment group, she worked at a law firm specializing in claims for damages. With over a decade of experience in real estate, finance and transactions, Tomáš is a lawyer you can rely on. His practice includes working in leading law firms and representing investment groups. Tomáš spent nearly three years as the head of the legal department, where he was responsible for all legal matters and transactional advice. Tomáš held a position as a member of the supervisory board of a securities dealer. Thanks to this experience, he offers clients tailored advice with a focus on business-oriented solutions. Tomáš has an Italian wife and regularly provides advice to foreigners living in Czechia. His experience and personal approach make him the ideal partner for your legal needs.

After his studies, he worked at an international law firm, where he was a member of the real estate team and participated in several significant transactions. Building on these experiences, he continued his career, like Simona and Tomáš, in an investment group, where he provided advisory services mainly in contract law, with an emphasis on lease agreements, including their negotiation. Kristián also has extensive experience in providing legal advice in the area of long-term property management. He also provides legal services in English.
